 Testicle infection :(
Hi,
I have a 14 month old yorkie called Hamelt. He hasnt been fixed as he isn't aggressive or a humper etc, lovely natured dog. And I don't plan to breed him either.
When he has a poo he will kind of handstand agaist a tree or go in the middle of bushes. The otherday he kept jumping on me licking my face and then looking down on himself, noticed his testicles were very dry and swollen, and today they are red from were he has been licking them.
We took him to the vets who said it's a infection and gave him two lots of medication, she also said if it does not clear up by next week he will need to be castrated. Which I'm okay with if it has to be done. Has anyone else had this problem? Also how can I stop licking them? As he's making them sore x
