I put her in my arms and ran to pick up Abby an we ran inside. I was so so scared, I was screaming and crying. My husband came running, I held Chloe while my husband looked her over, I couldn`t put her down yet she was so scared and so was I. Unbelievably there were no injuries, we checked her over from head to toe and her mouth. I just rapped her in a blankie and held her in my arms for about an hour, she is always up to date with her shots (rabbies +). She seems fine now it`s been about 3 hours now. Abby was not involved I grabbed her so fast after, I don`t think she knew what was going on. I will never ever, let them out in the backyard again without a leash on. I thought it was enough that I never let them out alone, I always go out with them, but I guess not. I took so long to calm down, things can change so fast. I love my girls so much, they are so precious to me, I would do anything to protect them. I thank heaven they are ok.

That is incredibly scary! I have a terrible phobia of raccoons and even lurking feral cats. I am so glad that your girls are okay! I'm sure you feel like you have had years shaved off your life tonight! Prayers for you and yours, she may be somewhat sore tomorrow.
