Exactly what I was going to suggest, just you and Chloe. When I want to give Cody a "special" day I take him to the state park which is not far from me, we walk the trails for a bit, new smells for him is a treat. I bring a few kibbles and water for him, a sandwich for me, they have a picnic area, we'll eat there. I know you're in the city and no state parks lol, I also take Cody to Dairy Queen for ice cream, I get 2 spoons, one for me, one for him lol and we share. Also Pet Supplies as Jkpal suggested, I select several toys and let him pick which one he wants, plus he gets a lot of attention from ppl in the store. Are you able to get to Central Park, that's a beautiful park to spend time with Chloe.
