Hopefully it is something that can be fixed because there is no value to restricting pics. If it is to try and save server space, all that will happen is people will have to resize the pic again or alter it some way that will allow it be uploaded again resulting in the space being used anyway. The same pic can be used in multiple situations to make different points. Not allowing us to post pics whether or not they are dupes has no upside whatsoever.
