PLEASE - give him the meds...they are all there for a different reason. The Keto is anti-fungal and the Cefo is an antibiotic (anti-bacterial). The other 2 are for itching and the allergic response - PLEASE give them ALL. The vet is right on this one...they are trying to manage infections, while giving relief at the same time.
