The Ketoconazole is to kill the yeast so he deff needs it. I would question the Prednisone though as it can cause yeast infections, so at the same time your killing the yeast your also feeding it. Sounds like maybe a food change might be in order here. Have you figured out what allergies he has, food or seasonal ?
