Nope, never a problem. I feed my ferrets a fully raw diet. They have a lovely (read: nasty) tendency to stash meats until they turn into "jerky" and then eat them anyway. Carnivores have incredible guts meant to eat some seriously raunchy stuff and a normal raw diet should cause no issues.
