Thank you all for the suggestions - I really appreciate them! There are some things I can try. Unfortunately side rails on my bed won't work - she actually jumps over my husband to get to the other side of him and I am afraid she would jump over the rails also. I haven't thought about talking to the vet about anxiety meds I will have to do that! She was tested for UTI etc. when we had her at the vet 2 weeks ago and we mentioned the accidents - the test was negative. I keep her kennel where I can reach it so I can let her lick my hand once in a while at night. We have thought about the bassinet idea and we are looking for a used one to see if that would work. I need to get her used to something so she sleeps at night because she will be staying at my parents (who love her like one of theirs) while we are in Hawaii in November! I love her so much and want her to be safe, comfortable and happy.
