| First, whether possible or not, don't ever try to breed a male with only one testicle! Two, you thought this woman was a friend?? And you bought a puppy from her that had fleas, worms, and ear mites?? I'm thinking that you really didn't know this woman that well.
As far as filing a lawsuit, Do you have proof anywhere that you were planning on using this boy for breeding?? How about a health issue?? Do you have a contract of sale? Something saying the dog is healthy?? If you do, you might be able to win, because a dog with onnly one testicle should be fixed as it could develop cancer later on.
I'm not picking on you and the Lord knows I have made many mistakes myself, but breeding Yorkshire Terriers, or any dog for that matter is not an easy task, we must first be fully knowledgable, know what we are looking to achieve, and then go after if, money not be a opinion~ When I lookied for my male it took me at least 8 months, if not longer to find him and then I had to travel to pick him up.
