I have to say, I'm not a huge fan of Nature's Miracle either...just because they claim to even get up old odors. When we bought this house, there was one particular place that the cat and dog (neither had previously had a problem.) We used Natures Miracle...Followed the directions exactly and locked the room so no pets could get in......As soon as we allowed them back in, they both went to exactly the same spot... We had concrete floors under the carpet and padding and needed to get all of the carpets up anyway, so we pulled up the carpet...and well it was AWEFUL.... Kilz took care of it.. That was what the local building folks recommended... And then we put down different flooring...
I guess the people who lived here before us had the animal in question trapped in that one spot... UGH.. I still cant stand to think about it.
BTW...I used two gallons total of the stuff on that one 2 square ft section...Over the course of a week...
