Try to get somewhere with a clear view East Southeast 28 degrees above the horizon, which is where it's at right now at 9:40 PM CST. At 10:00PM CST it'll be 33 degrees above the horizon. At 10:23 CST the full eclipse is over. At 9:47 CST the full eclipse is at its maximum.
