The OP made the decision to purchase this puppy and is ultimately and predominately responsible for correcting the problems her lack of training of this dog created.


I would not rush to presume or assume that the facts are as stated - what has been omitted? this is only one persons side of the storyline. But for sure she is doing this dog no favours in the way she has raised it. Behavioural issues are one of the prime reasons dogs are surrendered and quite frankly new homes can be hard to find for these dogs.
