Welcome to YT. Puss filled bumps is not normal, this needs a vet visit ASAP. This is not diagnosed over the internet. How long has your baby had these bumps. Even if someones pup has had these symptoms you will still have to see a vet. Could also be an allergic reaction to all shampoos. Please get your baby to the vet ASAP.
