From what I've studied the Black Panther mindset currently is completely different than what it was when first developed. Do all Black Panthers support killing police officers? No! But there are always going to be extremist in any group whether it's the Black Panthers, animal rights activists, etc.

I had no idea they were advising people to remove law enforcement support paraphernalia.

I honestly don't know and won't guess what a police officer may consider threatening behavior. I've seen videos where non whites are doing things and are shot whereas a white person does the same, is not shot, and is somewhat treated like a "buddy" or child.

It comes across as people justifying unwarranted law enforcement behavior, but when an innocent cop is killed individuals want justice NOW. Where was the justice with the pregnant Native woman, Sandra Bland, Treyvon, Freddy Gray, etc?

Law enforcement need better training, period. People need to stop making excuses, period. From my understanding the Black Panthers are taking their stance because they see law enforcement treating the black community unjustly(killings, arrest, etc).

Where's the public upset for that? Maybe it's just a culture/ideal clash because I am part of the minority who is often targeted, and *some* of you are not. You wouldn't understand the depth of the problem because the problem doesn't directly effect you.
