Can you just imagine what would happen if mobs of people came out and actually chanted " "Fry All Anarchists" and "What Do We Want To happen? To Happen To All Cop-haters/Cop Killers? Death! When Do We Want it? Want It Now!". THAT would bring the politicians out of their "busy" little schedules!!! BUT, in defense of all the cop haters I am certain! I heard the president CALLED the officers wife and expressed his condolences to her privately.....WHY?? WHY privately?? WHY not out front and center, like he did for others that felt they had been attacked and killed "unjustly"by police officers? Where is he, defiantly condemning the cop haters, the fist pumping mobs, threatening death to police officers? Boy, I dont know about anyone else, but I am feeling "real safe" about now.......NOT!!! And now, they want to take our guns????!!!!!
The outpouring of love and respect and honor for that officer, Officer Goforth, is inspirational. Civilized, law abiding citizens of all races, nationalities, weeping and gathering and honoring that officer, PEACEFUL gatherings, PEACEFUL demonstrations of civility and love and honor and respect, displayed by thousands and thousands of people...people that knew him, people he had interacted with as he patrolled the streets, people he interacted with in grocery stores, law abiding citizens that have love and respect for these men that will unselfishly throw themselves between any of us and the ones coming after us.......amazing and very gratifying to witness how the throngs of people are actually being civilized and respectful.....amazing and so gratifying to see how civilized people know how to conduct themselves in the face of adversity. Unfortunately, it would seem civility and respect and sane commitment to a cause, is not heard and does not garner support and respect from "the people in charge".....it is indeed "the squeeky wheel that is oiled".... |
