Pick your cuddle times carefully. If you pick him up in the middle of the day when he is in "play" mode, he is not going to instantly turn off the "GO" button. Does he nap at a certain time? Pick him up when you see he is tired and let him fall asleep in your arms. Those are the moments that form the lifetime bonds.
