What a great idea to let Chanel pick the groomer!
Jazzie had a horrible experiance once. I picked her up from the groomer and her topknot was so tight she couldn't close her eyes! I gave them a piece of my mind! How would they like it if I tied their hair up so tight they couldn't blink! Then on the way home she had the runs all over her LookOut seat! All I can guess is that they left her in the tub with shampoo all over and she licked or drank it!
I went back on a Saturday morning and let the customers coming in what happend to Jazzie. Some people kept on going in but many went elsewhere.
I also put a stop payment on their check!
