Your best bet would be to put her in a crate in your bed room where she can see you. Sometimes people will buy a crate with a separator and put a pee pad on one side and there bed on the other. When I was potty training my puppy I just had a bed in her crate and when she would whine I would take her outside to go potty then put her back in bed. For them seeing you is very important so they know they are not alone. At this age though its not a good idea to let them run free in the house so you should have a crate and maybe a play pen.
