Yes, yes, yes... When those teeth are rotten, infected & hurting it's amazing how they don't miss them when they are gone. They bounce rite back & start putting on weight immediately & start acting puppy-like again even when they are blind and/or deaf. These little seniors have spent their whole lives giving their all to their humans & to end up in this shape, it just kills me, uhg! This is how my lillymae was when she came to me. The only thing holding in her teeth was huge chunks of tarter & the stench coming from her mouth permeated my whole house with the smell of death, it was horrible. After she got them all out, she was 9 yrs going on 6 mo.
