When my girls don't want to eat much and I need to make sure they do, I sprinkle a bit of parmesan on the food, for my girls it works like a charm. The cheese won't hurt them at all (unless they have a dietary restriction) and you don't need much, but boy! My girls go crazy for it and eat everything it touches! I only use this method on very rare occasion as I want them to see it as an extreme treat
