Ooooo gosh, I'd be *very* very careful bc of the age. Adult dogs can go for extended periods without bad results from poor nutrition (just like humans), however, with pups you have to truly be careful as they're still developing and growing. You want a properly balanced diet for younger ones, for sure. So, I'd either get a custom home cooking recipe from Balanceit.com (or similar) -or- I'd feed the Merrick as the main dish, and use the human food components as no more than 15% of the meal's total.
