I really need help! We are out of town and went to a new vet for her bordello and while there the vet did not like how Sophie reacted to the Vectra 3 for flea treatment and recommended we change. We started her on Nexguard. Last night she started waking up with a choking sound like she has bile up her nose. She has also been sneezing. I know I am probably not describing this very well. Being it is the weekend the vets offices are closed. Do you think Pepcid AC may help her?
