I like that you jumped on this sick baby like a duck on a june bug......when mine have a day or so when they are not feeling top of the line, I pull out the Pedialyte water and start making sure they are drinking that rather than just "empty" water....this will kind of tide them over electrolyte wise, while you allow their tummies and intestines to rest and settle down and get over whatever may be upsetting them. Next, I limit mine to strictly yogurt with live cultures or cottage cheese for 24-36 hours...this allows their tummies/intestines to settle and re-flouish with digestive tract bacteria. Tummy upset should be over after that time...if pup continues to vomit or just does not feel 90-100%, with a small Yorkie, I am back at my vet office! After allowing stomach/intestines to settle and re-flourish, you should be able to start back with your established diet.
