I also think he looks like a full yorkie. Please keep in mind that you cannot be sure, and DNA tests are not yet perfect so if you choose to DNA it may not be 100% correct.

Your puppy is young. It is best if they stay with mom until 12 weeks, so keep an eye out for hypoglycemia, diarrhea, lethargy. Also he will most likely try his biting out on you. Momma usually teaches bite inhibition, so if/when he starts biting, say no bite and offer a chew.

Also make sure he is eating every few hours. They need to eat a lot at this age. Let him eat as much as he wants (kibble only, no people food).
