Our kitchen (and bathroom) are done and decorated! All we're waiting for now are the floorings yippee!
So although I could cook in my kitchen, it was SUCH a to-do (organised chaos yuck!) that I couldn't really throw myself into it? God bless the bbq
So I've just made de-boned roast chicken marinated in honey + mustard...garlicky roast potatoes...cauli cheese, peas + sweetcorn...
It's actually very sunny and 'muggy' here - not the ideal conditions for having the oven on for hours - but I have because I CAN now!!!!
