I just re-read your thread, I see this is all being done via email, well, now I have agree with walks like a duck, smells like a skunk. If these breeders were concerned about health risks they would have written that, since they stop commutation, that's a red flag. So sorry you are going through this, please be careful, there are so many scams out there. I would never put a $ deposit on a puppy unless I saw it first.
