I agree that Dolly needs a new vet. This one wants to drain her mouth - presumably without a CT scan - and that will be a huge mistake. The dog also can have her blood drawn and I don't get why that hasn't been done.
I commend this rescue for taking the dogs in, but feel like they need to step up the vet care on this dog. I had read that the dogs had been treated and had dentals at the original vet. If that's true, the problem in the mouth can be due to a post dental abscess. Either way a CT scan and intraoral X-rays are in order. Why can't the dog be masked down with ISO? Looking at her video she doesn't seem all that frail to me. I've had sicker under anesthesia.
I hope they can get this together, the poor thing.
