Kira died yesterday.
She ended up having 2 blood transfusions and her blood was extremely low again yesterday. They had been treating her with a high dose of steroids and antibiotics, but it didn't help. We don't know what was wrong with her.
My cousin is heartbroken and to make things worse she's the second dog they've lost in 5 months. The other dog was 14 and had cancer in her spinal cord. |
