I welcome your luck on a successful whelp - but I wonder why the vet did not catch the fact that your female was pregnant when you brought her in for her wellness check? That is standard practice for a new owner to do when they purchase a dog or for that matter *rescue* a dog....
I hope everything goes smoothly at the vet tomorrow.
