I would be more concerned if she wasn't eating. But I would ask the vet how much you should be feeding her and try to stick with that amount. I over fed my girl and gave her too many treats and ended up with an overweight pup. It is hard to take off once they put weight on. But since she has been on a prescription diet she has lost weight and looks much better.
