My puppy will not eat if something is upsetting her tummy. I'd give your dog some probiotics - I bought mine from Petsmart but vets have one that is stronger called Fotiflora made by Purina and it tastes good my dog loved it even when she didn't want to eat anything else. I would also add a little bit of pumpkin - pure pumpkin with nothing else, no spices NOTHING on it. And then feed her small meals throughout the day... I would probably force feed wet food through a syringe if she doesn't want to eat!! Food is necessary!
