Yes,but.....you can't breed out faults that already exist in one of the breeding pair. And it is not always possible, unless you do a very detailed genetic study, what genes will be dominant in the final picture. Some extremely experienced breeders might be able to tell you if a long or short nose may be dominant, I'm not sure, but it is something to consider.
