I would assume she meant to have the hair clipped around the tips of the ears. So don't freak out too much I have never heard of someone clipping them surgically like you have to do with a boxer or something. If she did actually mean that I would be afraid!! And the ears do look like they might stand if you clipped them! But I agree with everyone else - it's personal if they weren't standing when you got your baby then it's up to you! I do think your baby is adorable just the way he is!!!!
