My little Madlyn is only 9 weeks old, so I expected some degree of whining . But when she is put in the kennel or the sunroom ( which is a step lower than the living room and can be separated by a curtain, but leaves a view of the living room and all inhabitants within) she will start with a frantic whine and quickly escalate to a panicky ear piercing scream and yowl that doesn't stop. My boyfriend picked her up once before I could stop him. Now she screams even longer and louder. Hopefully this is a passing phase. I'm sure the neighbors think we torture her |
