I've seen large dogs tied to posts before. I wouldn't approach a large dog for fear of getting bit so I would think most people would either or try to steal a large dog. |
I'm so glad you were able to catch your little foster and good for you for watching that little pup. I wonder why people don't consider that as well as being stolen, the tied up pup is also vulnerable to attack by an unfriendly dog or other animal. Or even a child hurting their pup accidentally or a cruel person kicking it. No way EVER!
