I would guess the vomiting is unrelated unless she is in severe pain, or was stung and is having an allergic reaction -- but that probably would have happened yesterday.
Anything different in her diet within the last 24 hours?
Vomiting can lead to dehydration quickly. As you probably know, the smaller the dog, the faster they can go down. I wouldn't hesitate to go to the vet/ER.
