No bones period, cooked, uncooked, pork, beef, NO BONES, they can splinter, tear dogs intestines, tear dogs rectum when they have a bowel movement. Google dogs and bones. Ask your vet if it's safe to give your dog meat bones.
Short story, many years ago, my aunts MIL had a German Shepard, they use to give the dog all types of bones except chicken bones. The dog started to have blood in his poop. Turned out with each bowel movement he was tearing his rectum from passing splinted bones . The dog died at 5 years old. When I heard that I was happy that I had never given any of my dogs any type of bones.Dogs do not NEED bones, there are healthy products on the market for dogs to chew to help keep teeth healthy.
