I have tried many many dog foods. Trying to find the right size kibble(small bites) has been a process. Plus I wanted to feed only the "BEST" food to my little darlings. I did a lot of research on the ingredients.....what was good what was bad....etc. I've read all of my Yorkie Books to find out what they needed to eat. I do believe that it's a good thing to rotate dog foods to prevent nutient toxicity, deficiency or embalance. Switching from one source of protein to another occasionally can help prevent the developement of food allergies and intolerances. I have feed Dudley and Dinkey, Artemis, Burns, Flint River, Evolve, and Natural Balance. All are small enough bites for my furkids. (I rotate them every two to three months) I think the best one for when they were little pups was Burns puppy. It has real small kibble and it's a very very wholesome dry food. Some of this information if from "The Whole Dog Journal."
Hope this helps some.........
