I have to agree with this. My DH carries Dinky around everywhere, and 95% of the time that he is stopped to talk about the dog, we are both fine with it. But sometimes we ARE busy or concentrating on something. And I really am not friendly when someone comes up and just starts touching him. If they ask- maybe yes depending on Dinky's needs too.
