You got much more than I did. I never even got a return phone call. My Lola had a liver shunt and I called to let them know. I'm sure they would have suggested that I bring Lola back and they would replace her, which NEVER would have happened! They never called me back, and to be quite honest, I don't care to ever speak to them again. I'm happy to say we had Lola's shunt repaired and she is doing fine 6+ years and thousands of dollars later. I think these are despicable brokers that do the very minimum for these poor pups and they very definitely support puppy mills. I would never, ever buy from them again and would warn anyone to RUN, not walk away from Fancypups.com!!!!
