The rabies is required, so I would definitely get it, but get it as a separate shot all on it's own. My babies are a week away from their last set of shots and then they go back 3 weeks later to get their rabies and they are done for this year, until they get fixed at 6 months old. Where I live rabies is required on all dogs over 20 weeks of age, so waiting until they are 6 months could get you in trouble here. I plan to do it right at 20 weeks because that fits in their schedule nicely and it is when it is required.
I am not planning to get the kennel cough vaccine for my puppies.
I can not imagine a baby being fixed that early though. I am waiting until my puppies hit 6 months to get them fixed. Creeping up on me fast already as they are nearly 4 months old now.
