Okay...the nurse in me has to chuckle at this person at the store...bc potatoes do *not* cause yeast
. Yeast is a fungus. Potatoes, basically being a simple carb, are "food" for yeast...just like any simple carb would be....but they cannot and do not cause yeast. Now, I will say that potatoes are known to be "inflammatory" for some...so perhaps this is what they are to your kiddo.
