It sounds like a good deal. I would personally not pay that much, but if that is in your price range, then check it out. She looks adorable. Just remember that they are going to talk her up to get her a new home. I got a dog off Craigslist, AKC for $25. She had 4 kinds of worms and needed all her vetting. She was worth it in the end, but my initial price was low and the worms were treatable and then all her shots and getting spayed, so I did end up putting several hundred dollars into her, but ended up with a great and loving dog. This one comes with everything, so you won't have that initial vet costs hopefully. You can ask about taking her to your vet, or contacting their vet about the dog.
Go with what your feel though. If she looks good and is friendly then maybe it is what you are looking for.
