After I posted about Bella, and the health issues I emailed fancypups. I felt like they needed to know what was going on. I got a call the next morning apologizing for Bella's issues. It seems the other pup from her littler ended up sick just like her. She asked for a diagnosis from the vet and I got a full refund to help cover the costs. I didn't ask, she just said they stood behind the pups, to say the lease I was shocked. She did verify the mother and said it was the first time they had had one of her litter, verifying it was from her. I would never buy from there agin, but I never thought they would do this either...but I thought all should know |
