We haven't been a member of YT for very long but you will soon come to realize that we are a community of caring, dog loving individuals and we are willing to help anyone who is in need.
Yes, its quite possible that this person could have it in him to hit a person and it may even be possible that this is just another repeat or repost of an existing thread in order to push our buttons but there is no way of knowing that for sure. So it is worth it to continue to offer our advise in the hopes that we can help a person who is clearly in need of guidance.
