Not every yorkie is hyper, although my now passed 4 girls were. I have met many young yorkies that are so calm the first one I met I thought the dog was sick lol, then I met other yorkies with the same calmness, my Cody is a rescue, he was never abused, just medically neglected, he is the calmest yorkie I have ever had. He has his wild zoomies in the backyard. In doors if I am sitting he prefers to cuddle next to me. Mya sounds perfectly normal to me.
