If she is breeding that many breeds then she should have "facilities" and she should have let you see them. She should have volunteered to show you. She also should have had at least a pic of the dad along with contact info to his registered owners. Now it is true that some breeders welp their litters around house in an old fashioned way for the moms comfort and that is fine but its a tell-tale sign of a puppy miller with a bunch of dirty crates stacked up in a barn somewhere. |
