I think getting pups around the 8 week mark is somewhat normal in other countries. I have family/in laws in Caribbean/European countries and they all seem to get their pups earlier than 12 weeks. I personally wouldn't sell that young, but if you're comfortable with the breeder in all aspects...can't wait to see new puppy pics.
