Gerry has a lot of friends on this forum and I consider myself one of them. I have not had a problem with my orders in the past...please take these matters up with her in private...These posts can potentially damage her business and it appears that we are talking about a few cases out of the considerable amount that the company has processed. I am sure the next time you make a mistake at work or at church or at your next volunteer effort you would not like it posted in the next newsletter or announced over an intercom. This is a public forum and really shouldn't be used for delivery issues. That is what the private message system is for...private matters.
