Only 1% in their formula.....and CUSTOMERS wanted it removed???? I guess it was not that important in the first place.....what about the customers that wanted the cheese in their diet formula? Did they substitute something else to provide whatever benefit that spot of cheese was adding to the diet, and if so what did they use and where did it come from? Was that man you talked with helpful and enthusiastic about answering your inquiries?
